चेन्नई । तमिलनाडु के कई हिस्सों में (In many parts of Tamilnadu) भारी बारिश से जनजीवन अस्तव्यस्त हो गया (Heavy Rains have disrupted Normal Life) । बंगाल की खाड़ी के दक्षिण-पश्चिम में बने गहरे दबाव के निम्न दबाव क्षेत्र में तब्दील होने की आशंका के बीच तमिलनाडु में भारी बारिश हो रही है।

चेन्नई स्थित क्षेत्रीय मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र (आरएमसी) ने राज्य भर में मौसम अलर्ट जारी किए हैं, जिनमें कई जिलों में भारी से लेकर अत्यधिक भारी बारिश की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। आरएमसी के अनुसार, मौसम प्रणाली वर्तमान में बंगाल की खाड़ी के दक्षिण-पश्चिम में स्थित है और अगले 24 घंटों में इसके पश्चिम-उत्तर-पश्चिम की ओर उत्तरी तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और दक्षिणी आंध्र प्रदेश के तटों की ओर बढ़ने की संभावना है।

अधिकारियों ने कहा कि यह प्रणाली और अधिक शक्तिशाली हो सकती है, तथा आज रात तक ही यह स्पष्ट हो सकेगा कि यह चक्रवाती तूफान में बदल सकता है या नहीं। मौसम विभाग के दक्षिणी क्षेत्र के प्रमुख अमुधा ने कहा कि इस दबाव क्षेत्र के आज दोपहर तक बंगाल की खाड़ी के पश्चिम-मध्य क्षेत्र के ऊपर कम दबाव वाले क्षेत्र में विकसित होने की उम्मीद है। उन्होंने कहा, “इसकी गति और तीव्रता पर कड़ी नजर रखी जा रही है। अगले 12 घंटे यह निर्धारित करने में महत्वपूर्ण होंगे कि यह चक्रवात में बदलेगा या नहीं।”

विभाग के पूर्वानुमान के बाद विल्लुपुरम, चेंगलपट्टू, कुड्डालोर और मयिलादुथुराई जिलों के लिए रेड अलर्ट जारी किया गया है, जहां अत्यधिक भारी वर्षा होने की संभावना है। चेन्नई, तिरुवल्लूर, कांचीपुरम, रानीपेट, तिरुवन्नामलाई, कल्लाकुरिची, अरियालुर, पेरम्बलुर, तंजावुर, तिरुवरूर, नागपट्टिनम और कराईकल सहित 11 जिलों के लिए ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है, जहां बहुत भारी बारिश होने की संभावना है।

इस बीच, आरएमसी ने चेतावनी दी है कि सलेम, तिरुचिरापल्ली, वेल्लोर, तिरुपत्तूर, धर्मपुरी और पुदुकोट्टई जिलों में तेज बारिश होने की संभावना है। बुधवार को चेन्नई, चेंगलपट्टू, कांचीपुरम, तिरुवल्लूर और रानीपेट में भारी बारिश की भविष्यवाणी की गई है, जबकि आसपास के जिले जैसे वेल्लोर, तिरुपत्तूर, तिरुवन्नामलाई, विल्लुपुरम, कल्लाकुरिची, कुड्डालोर और पुडुचेरी भी प्रभावित होने की संभावना है।

आरएमसी ने चेतावनी दी कि चेन्नई, तिरुवल्लूर, कांचीपुरम, चेंगलपट्टू, रानीपेट, तिरुवन्नामलाई, विल्लुपुरम, कुड्डालोर, कल्लाकुरिची, नीलगिरी, तिरुप्पुर, इरोड, तिरुपत्तूर और वेल्लोर सहित 14 जिलों में अगले तीन घंटों तक मध्यम से भारी बारिश जारी रहेगी। अधिकारियों ने निचले और तटीय क्षेत्रों के निवासियों से सतर्क रहने और अनावश्यक यात्रा से बचने का आग्रह किया है, क्योंकि पूरे क्षेत्र में उत्तर-पूर्वी मानसून तेज हो रहा है।

नई दिल्ली । मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता (Chief Minister Rekha Gupta) ने कहा कि दिल्ली में इस बार (This time in Delhi) छठ महापर्व (Chhath Mahaparva) भव्य और सुव्यवस्थित तरीके से मनाया जाएगा (Will be celebrated in Grand and Well-organized Manner) । मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने आज छठ की तैयारियों को लेकर बड़ी घोषणाएं कीं।

उन्होंने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान कहा कि सरकार ने इस बार यमुना नदी पर छठ पूजा के आयोजन से जुड़ा प्रतिबंध हटा लिया है और राजधानी में साफ-सुथरे, सुरक्षित और आधुनिक छठ घाट तैयार किए जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि सरकार यमुना नदी के किनारे 17 मॉडल छठ घाट बना रही है। इन घाटों पर छठ व्रतियों के लिए हर सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी। टेंट, बिजली, शौचालय, पेयजल और सफाई की पूरी व्यवस्था की जाएगी। इसके अलावा दिल्ली के सभी जिलों और उपजिलों में कम से कम एक मॉडल छठ घाट तैयार किया जा रहा है ताकि श्रद्धालुओं को किसी तरह की असुविधा न हो।

रेखा गुप्ता ने कहा, “पिछली सरकारों ने यमुना पर छठ पूजा करने पर रोक लगा दी थी, लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने इस परंपरा को सम्मान देते हुए यह प्रतिबंध हटा लिया है। इस बार सरकार खुद आयोजन की ज़िम्मेदारी संभाल रही है और पूरे दिल्ली में छठ को भव्य तरीके से मनाया जाएगा।” उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार छठ पूजा स्थलों की संख्या में बड़ा इजाफा हुआ है। पिछले साल दिल्ली में 929 जगहों पर छठ मनाया गया था, लेकिन इस बार अब तक 1,000 से ज्यादा समितियों से आवेदन आ चुके हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार जितने भी नए घाटों पर आयोजन होंगे, वहां पूरी व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करेगी।

सीएम रेखा गुप्ता ने कहा कि इस बार सरकार 200 से अधिक सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करेगी। इन कार्यक्रमों में भोजपुरी और मैथिली भाषाओं में सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां दी जाएंगी ताकि पर्व का धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक माहौल और भी भव्य बने। उन्होंने कहा, “यह पहली बार है जब सरकार इतनी बड़ी संख्या में छठ से जुड़े सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने जा रही है।” मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि छठ पर्व के दौरान श्रद्धालु स्वच्छ जल में अर्घ्य अर्पित कर सकें, इसके लिए आज से विशेष स्वच्छता अभियान शुरू किया गया है। इस अभियान में सांसद, विधायक और पार्षद स्वयं अपने-अपने इलाकों के घाटों का दौरा करेंगे और सफाई कार्य की निगरानी करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा, “सरकार हर संभव प्रयास कर रही है कि श्रद्धालु स्वच्छ और सुरक्षित माहौल में पूजा कर सकें।”

रेखा गुप्ता ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कहा कि साल 2021 में यमुना पर छठ मनाने वालों पर आईपीसी की धारा 188 के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज की गई थी, लेकिन अब उनकी सरकार उन सभी मामलों को वापस लेगी। उन्होंने कहा, “पिछली सरकारों द्वारा यमुना घाट पर छठ मनाने वालों के खिलाफ जो भी एफआईआर या केस दर्ज किए गए थे, उन्हें हमारी सरकार वापस लेगी।” दिल्ली की वायु गुणवत्ता पर बोलते हुए सीएम रेखा गुप्ता ने कहा कि सरकार हर संभव कदम उठा रही है, ताकि दिल्ली की हवा साफ हो सके। उन्होंने बताया कि दीपावली के अगले दिन का एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स अब पहले की तुलना में बेहतर हुआ है। पहले की सरकारों के मुकाबले इस बार प्रदूषण का स्तर घटा है। पटाखों की अनुमति होने के बावजूद एक्यूआई में सुधार देखा गया है।

नई दिल्ली । रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने (By Defense Minister Rajnath Singh) ओलंपिक पदक विजेता नीरज चोपड़ा (Olympic medalist Neeraj Chopda) को मानद लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल के पद से सम्मानित किया (Was Conferred the rank of Honorary Lieutenant Colonel) । रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने साउथ ब्लॉक, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित एक भव्य समारोह में नीरज को यह सम्मान औपचारिक रूप से प्रदान किया।

तिरुवल्लूर: तमिलनाडु (Tamil Nadu) के तिरुवल्लूर जिले (Tiruvallur District) से एक दिल दहला देने वाली वारदात सामने आई है. यहां 30 साल के शख्स (Man) ने अपनी पत्नी (Wife) की हत्या कर दी और उसके शव (Body) को ड्रम (Drum) में भरकर घर से करीब 3 किलोमीटर दूर जाकर दफना दिया.

मृतका का नाम प्रिया था. कुछ महीने पहले वह अपने माता-पिता के घर पुदुपलायम आई थी और उसने उनसे कहा था कि वह अपने पति सिलंबरासन से अलग होना चाहती है, क्योंकि उनके बीच आए दिन झगड़े होते थे. लेकिन परिवार ने उसे समझाया और अपने बच्चों के खातिर सुलह करने की सलाह दी. इसके बाद वह फिर से अपने पति के पास लौट गई.

दो महीने बाद जब प्रिया से कोई संपर्क नहीं हो पाया, तो उसके पिता श्रीनिवासन को चिंता होने लगी. उन्होंने जब अपने नाती-पोतों से पूछा, तो उन्होंने बताया कि मां को हमने दो महीने से नहीं देखा. यह सुनकर श्रीनिवासन के पैरों तले जमीन खिसक गई. उन्होंने तुरंत आरंबक्कम पुलिस स्टेशन में बेटी के गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई.

जांच शुरू हुई तो पुलिस को प्रिया के पति सिलंबरासन पर शक हुआ. पूछताछ के दौरान वह बार-बार अपनी बात बदलने लगा. पहले उसने कहा कि प्रिया अपने मायके चली गई है, फिर बोला कि वह कहीं बाहर काम करने गई है. पुलिस को उसकी बातों पर भरोसा नहीं हुआ. जब सख्ती से पूछताछ की गई, तो सिलंबरासन टूट गया और अपना गुनाह कबूल कर लिया.

उसने बताया कि 14 अगस्त को पति-पत्नी के बीच झगड़ा हुआ था. सिलंबरासन को शक था कि प्रिया के कई लोगों से अवैध संबंध हैं. गुस्से में आकर उसने पत्नी का गला घोंटकर उसकी हत्या कर दी. फिर शव को छिपाने के लिए एक ड्रम में भर दिया और मौका देखकर 3 किलोमीटर दूर जाकर शव को दफना दिया.

पुलिस अधीक्षक विवेकानंद शुक्ला ने बताया कि जांच में पाया गया कि दोनों के बीच अक्सर झगड़े होते थे और सिलंबरासन को पत्नी पर लगातार शक रहता था. पुलिस ने शव बरामद कर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है और आरोपी को 15 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है. फिलहाल मामले की जांच जारी है.

जयपुर। राजस्थान के जयपुर जिले (Jaipur District) के चौमूं इलाके में बुधवार तड़के एक तेज रफ्तार SUV ने हाईवे पर तीन मोटरसाइकिलों (Motorcycles) को टक्कर मार दी, जिससे एक ही परिवार के चार सदस्यों की मौत हो गई और तीन अन्य गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। पुलिस ने यह जानकारी दी।

यह दुर्घटना रामपुरा पुलिया के पास उस समय हुई जब एक परिवार के सदस्य खाटू श्याम मंदिर के दर्शन कर घर लौट रहे थे। दुर्घटना में एक व्यक्ति की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई जबकि 6 अन्य को चौमूं के सरकारी अस्पताल ले जाया गया और बाद में उन्हें जयपुर के सवाई मान सिंह अस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया, जहां तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई।

मृतकों की पहचान वीरेंद्र श्रीवास्तव (55), सुनील श्रीवास्तव (50), श्वेता श्रीवास्तव (26) और उनके पति लकी श्रीवास्तव (30) के रूप में हुई है। घायल एसएमएस अस्पताल में उपचाराधीन हैं। हादसे के शिकार सभी लोग एक ही परिवार के हैं और यूपी के बनारस के रहने वाले हैं। ये लोग हाल ही में जयपुर में रहते हैं। खाटू श्यामजी के दर्शन कर पूरा परिवार घर वापस लौट रहा ​था और ये हादसा हो गया।

मुंबई: एअर इंडिया (Air India) के एक और विमान (Flight) में तकनीकी दिक्कत (Technical Problem) की खबर सामने आई है. अमेरिका के नेवार्क जा रही एअर इंडिया की फ्लाइट AI191 को बुधवार (22 अक्टूबर) उड़ान के कुछ ही देर बाद मुंबई लौटना पड़ा. फ्लाइट में टेकऑफ के बाद तकनीकी गड़बड़ी की आशंका के बाद पायलट ने सही मौके पर निर्णय लिया और विमान को मुंबई ले आया. अहम बात यह है कि विमान की सुरक्षित लैंडिंग भी हो गई.

एअर इंडिया के विमान ने मुंबई (Mumbai) के छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज इंटरनेशनल एअरपोर्ट से रात 1.14 बजे उड़ान भरी, लेकिन आधे घंटे बाद ही तकनीकी दिक्कत आ गई. यह देख पायलट ने विमान को मुंबई लाने का फैसला किया. इसके बाद सुबह करीब 3 बजे विमान की इमरजेंसी लैंडिंग (Emergency Landing) हुई. इस विमान को तकनीकी टीम चेक कर रही है. वहीं यात्रियों के लिए दूसरे विमान की व्यवस्था की जा रही है.
