Guwahati: From a moderate institute in Guwahati to international recognition, Dhanraj Shah and Gayatri Prajapati, famously known as Insane Duo India, continue to make Assam proud. With over 15 years of experience, the duo has trained countless students in dance, aerial acrobatics, and performance arts, many of whom have gone on to compete in shows like Dance India Dance, Super Dancer, Dance Deewane, and Kidilam.
Their innovative performances have taken Indian art beyond borders, with appearances on Indonesia’s Got Talent and Uzbekistan’s Got Talent, earning them widespread acclaim for their high-risk aerial acts. Their breakthrough came in India’s Got Talent Season 11, where they became finalists and received the coveted Golden Buzzer, earning standing ovations in every episode.
Now, the duo has achieved another historic milestone—they have been selected for America’s Got Talent, representing India on one of the world’s biggest stages.
In addition to their work in Guwahati, Principal Dhanraj Shah has been associated with Chandigarh Chhaya School of Art for many years, with his students regularly appearing in examinations conducted by the institution.
